JODHPUR: Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Tuesday known as the Gandhi household the pivot of the Congress and mentioned it held the social gathering collectively.
Addressing a gathering of Congress employees, he accused the BJP of deploying a paid “military of trolls” on social media to malign the picture of Congress chief Rahul Gandhi.
“This military has been after Rahul Gandhi for the previous eight or 9 years. What not has been mentioned about him on social media by their trolls’ military to malign his picture,” the Congress chief mentioned, alleging that the BJP has paid hundreds of individuals for this.
He mentioned there’s a purpose why the Gandhi household is taken into account the “pivot” of the social gathering. “If this household is there, the Congress will stay united,” he mentioned. “They’ve the potential of taking everybody alongside – all castes, all religions and folks talking each language.”

The social gathering is protesting Gandhi’s disqualification from the Lok Sabha following his conviction by a Gujarat courtroom over a comment on the Modi surname.
